Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unusedunopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The packaging must be intact.
  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products
  • Items returned after 14 days

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
