Under EU consumer protection law, you have 14 days from delivery to return unused, unopened products for a full refund. No questions asked.
How to return
- Email [email protected] with your order number
- We will send you a return address and instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the product back in its original sealed packaging
- Refund is processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
Conditions
- Products must be unused and in original sealed packaging
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
- Opened or partially used products cannot be returned unless defective
Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact [email protected] within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the product at no cost or issue a full refund including original shipping.
